Es ist immer noch Nacht in Stone Town. Die Alte Apotheke mit Aussicht auf den Hafen hatten wir mittlerweile hinter uns gelassen. Wir spazierten durch den Forodhani Garden direkt am Meer, der ges\u00e4umt war von kleinen Imbissst\u00e4nden und Stra\u00dfenrestaurants welche gut besucht waren, haupts\u00e4chlich von Einheimischen. Ich fragte mich was hier wohl w\u00e4hrend des Ramadan los war.<\/p>\n

Anschlie\u00dfend ging es durch die dunklen Gassen der Altstadt. Es war leise geworden. Obwohl es erst kurz nach 10 Uhr war sah man kaum mehr jemanden auf der Stra\u00dfe. Anders war die Lage in Abba\u2018s Stamm Bar, wo der Konyagi nur so sprudelte. Wir trafen einige seiner Freunde und es waren auch ein paar dabei, die ich von der Bush Disco Party in Michamvi kannte. W\u00e4hrend wir \u00fcber Gott und die Welt redeten, leerte sich das Lokal immer mehr.<\/p>\n

Die Gespr\u00e4chsrunde endete \u2013 wie so oft \u2013 wieder einmal in der traurigen Realit\u00e4t. Von ertrinkenden Fl\u00fcchtlingen im Mittelmeer, abgelehnten Visaantr\u00e4gen, der Ausbeutung Tansanias durch ausl\u00e4ndische Unternehmen und der aktuellen Flaute in der Tourismusindustrie. Die aktuell schlechte Afrika-PR-Mischung aus Ebola und Terrorismus hat wohl auch Sansibar nicht gut getan. Die anderen Themen will ich nicht mal versuchen hier anzugehen\u2026<\/p>\n

Einen kurzen Ausflug sp\u00e4ter, bereits weit nach Mitternacht, ging es dann schlussendlich zur\u00fcck Richtung Malindi Guest House. Die f\u00fcr morgen geplante Fahrt nach Prison Island hatten wir zwischenzeitlich abgesagt. Es w\u00e4re zeitlich ein bisschen stressig morgen und sowas kann ich im Urlaub nicht gebrauchen. Inseln hab ich ohnehin schon einige gesehen hier in der Gegend.<\/p>\n

30.10.2014<\/strong><\/p>\n

Fr\u00fcher Morgen in Stone Town. Und ich meine Fr\u00fch. Ich glaub die erste Gebetsrunde ist um 4:00 Uhr und dann geht\u2019s f\u00fcr viele Leute an die Arbeit bzw. auf den Markt. Und der war hier direkt vor meinem ge\u00f6ffneten Klappfenster. Irgendwie war es aber eine angenehme Art, die Atmosph\u00e4re (und die D\u00fcfte) des Morgenmarkts zu erleben. D\u00f6send im Bett. Gegen 9 Uhr traf ich mich schlie\u00dflich ein letztes Mal mit Abba. Gemeinsam ging\u2019s durch die Stadt auf der Suche nach Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck. Die Dachterrasse des Swahili House bot da genau die richtige Kulisse.<\/p>\n

Ein frisch gepresster Fruchtsaft und der perfekte \u00dcberblick \u00fcber die Altstadt. Neben der interessanten Architektur so mancher H\u00e4user, waren auch einige der historischen Geb\u00e4ude gut zu sehen. Wie immer blauer Himmel und Sonnenschein, Temperaturen um die 32\u00b0 C. Ich genoss die letzten Stunden in Ruhe und um kurz vor Mittag mussten wir dann los zum Ferry Terminal.<\/p>\n

Am Tor hie\u00df es Abschied nehmen von Abba. Es war echt eine tolle Zeit mit ihm hier in Stone Town. Und wie immer zu kurz. Ich bestieg wehm\u00fctig eine F\u00e4hre der Costal Fast Ferries und war am sp\u00e4ten Nachmittag in Daressalam. Zwischenzeitlich war ich wieder in Kontakt getreten mit Remmy, dem Taxifahrer der mir zwei Wochen zuvor die Stadt gezeigt hatte.<\/p>\n

Es holte mich am Ferry Terminal ab und brachte mich zum Transit Motel Airport, wo ich am sp\u00e4ten Nachmittag ankam. Die lang ersehnte hei\u00dfe Dusche gab es auch dort nicht. Aber das Bier war k\u00fchl und billig. Ein kurzer Abend, denn es war auch eine kurze Nacht.<\/p>\n

31.10.2014<\/strong><\/p>\n

Punktgenau um 3:30 Uhr holte mich Remmy ab und fuhr mich die allzu bekannte Strecke zum Flughafen. Verdammt schnell sind sie vorbeigegangen meine zwei Wochen Urlaub. Den Flugzeugmarathon nach M\u00fcnchen \u00fcber Nairobi und Amsterdam meisterte ich gut. Eine lustige Szene gab es noch beim Flughafen Shuttle am M\u00fcnchener Flughafen. Versuchte ich doch tats\u00e4chlich an der falschen Seite einzusteigen. Die Fahrt vom Parkplatz nach Hause \u00fcber die Autobahn war mangels Gegenverkehr aber kein Problem.<\/p>\n

Mittlerweile ist wieder alles wie immer, auch an den Rechtsverkehr habe ich mich wieder gew\u00f6hnt, der n\u00e4chste Urlaub steht noch in weiter Ferne. Das er kommen wird ist aber Gewiss. Genauso wie die Tansania Zusammenfassung. Bis dann!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
