Heute Morgen war ich mit Rita bei Westpac und habe ein Bankkonto er\u00f6ffnet. Alles ziemlich unproblematisch, bis in einer Woche bekomme ich die Karte (sogar mit Debit Kreditkarten-Funktion) und kann anfangen mein Geld auszugeben. Hehe. Grade eben wollte ich rund um den benachbarten Golfplatz spazieren, wurde aber von einer kleinen \u00dcberschwemmung daran gehindert.<\/p>\n

Also bin ich noch in die andere Richtung und anschlie\u00dfend wieder zur\u00fcck. Nach 45 Minuten im Freien war ich total verschwitzt und bin schnell unter die Dusche geh\u00fcpft. Ich bin froh solange ich noch eine echte Dusche mit warmem Wasser habe :). Es ist nicht unbedingt hei\u00df drau\u00dfen, aber die Luftfeuchtigkeit ist enorm. Sogar die Post im Briefkasten ist nass. Und die Ohren tun mir weh denn diese K\u00e4fer sind so verdammt laut, es ist nicht zu glauben. Wenn man dann durch den Wald l\u00e4uft und f\u00fcnf solche Viecher um einen herum in den B\u00e4umen hocken, kann man kaum sein eigenes Wort verstehen. Ich habe noch keinen gesehen, daf\u00fcr aber die H\u00fclle von so einem Teil.<\/p>\n

Am Abend wurde ich dann von Peet und Jeffrey abgeholt. Ich kenne die beiden von einem Internetforum. Wir waren einkaufen und anschlie\u00dfend in einem Community Center wo wir uns mit anderen Leuten getroffen haben. Peet kommt aus England und lebt seit 6 Jahren in Australien. Die beiden sind ein schwules P\u00e4rchen wie aus dem Bilderbuch. Das Einkaufen war echt witzig mit den Beiden. Man erkennt sofort wer den weiblichen Part \u00fcbernimmt hehehe. Die Kommunikation war ziemlich problemlos weil sie nat\u00fcrlich extra simples Englisch mit mir gesprochen haben. Als ich dann mit zehn anderen Leuten am Tisch sa\u00df verstand ich nur noch einzelne Worte und im Endeffekt hatte ich keine Ahnung wovon die geredet haben \ud83d\ude00<\/p>\n

Es kann nur besser werden. Was ich verstanden habe hat mir nicht so ganz gefallen. Da war die Rede von Woolf Spiders<\/a>, Bull Ants<\/a> und allerhand anderem Getier, das darauf aus ist mich zu t\u00f6ten \ud83d\ude00<\/p>\n

\"\"Jo und jetzt ist es 8 Uhr morgens, ich werde erst mal gem\u00fctlich fr\u00fchst\u00fccken und dann sehen was der Tag bringt. Es gibt definitiv keinen Menschen hier der mein Handy entsperren kann und wie es aussieht werde ich mir ein neues kaufen. Es folgen einige Fotos von Arthurs und Ritas Haus, meinem Spaziergang und dem Community Center wo wir waren. Auf den Bildern sieht man das momentan alles wunderbar gr\u00fcn ist. Anscheinend ist das aber nur so weil es hier soviel geregnet hat wie seit Jahrzehnten nicht mehr. Normalerweise soll um diese Jahreszeit alles braun und trocken sein.
