W\u00e4hrend ich k\u00fcrzlich bei <a href=\"https:\/\/www.simons-world.at\/rtw\/casa-de-sven-der-umzug-ist-seit-einem-jahr-komplett\/\">Svens Haus<\/a> die Berichterstattung sozusagen nachgeholt habe, gab es von der Baustelle von Markus in den letzten zweieinhalb Jahren schlicht und einfach nicht viel zu berichten. Dies hat sich in den letzten Wochen schlagartig ge\u00e4ndert und w\u00e4hrend ich hier tippe, ziehen die 16m\u00b3 Lieferbeton gerade an.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der Inhalt dieses Beitrags ist also topaktuell. Doch beginnen wir wie immer am Anfang. Und das war wohl beim <a href=\"https:\/\/www.simons-world.at\/rtw\/residencia-markus-der-erste-fuss-ist-drin\/\">letzten Bericht \u00fcber Markus\u2018 Baustelle<\/a>, den ich im Februar 2021 ver\u00f6ffentlicht habe. Damals hatte Markus die erste seiner Stelzen fertiggestellt. \u00dcber die folgenden Wochen ging es weiter bis alle zw\u00f6lf erledigt waren. Im Windschatten der sogenannten Lieferketten-Probleme, war es damals recht schwer an Material zu kommen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sven fuhr noch mit ihm zur n\u00e4chstgelegenen Filiale eines gro\u00dfen Stahlh\u00e4ndlers, wo Markus tats\u00e4chlich alle gew\u00fcnschten Teile auf Lager vorfand. Entgegen aller Empfehlungen und Ratschl\u00e4ge aller Anwesenden, bezahlte Markus zwar die Ware, wollte sich mit der Lieferung aber noch ein paar Wochen Zeit lassen. Ein schwerer Fehler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wie so oft in Panama hat hier nat\u00fcrlich niemand einen \u00dcberblick \u00fcber irgendwas und die l\u00e4ngst verkauften und bezahlten Stahltr\u00e4ger verschwanden wie von uns angek\u00fcndigt wenig sp\u00e4ter aus dem Lager des H\u00e4ndlers. Als Markus die Lieferung arrangieren wollte, gab es l\u00e4ngst keine Ware mehr zu liefern. Das Geld war nat\u00fcrlich nicht verloren, aber bis die n\u00e4chste Lieferung reinkam zogen einige Monate ins Land.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Markus nahm es ziemlich locker. Vielleicht sogar zu locker. In vielen meiner Telefongespr\u00e4che wurden die Gespr\u00e4chspartner schon regelrecht misstrauisch. Warum gibt es denn keine Nachrichten mehr von Markus Baustelle? Was macht denn der Markus? Und der Markus, baut der noch? Jeeeiinnn. Also ja. Nee. Schwierig zu sagen was er denn eigentlich machte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zweifelsohne war er halt auch noch mit vielen Dingen aus der alten Heimat besch\u00e4ftigt und in den letzten zwei Jahren bestimmt ein halbes Dutzend Mal in Deutschland. Doch auch hier in Panama war er flei\u00dfig unterwegs und hat sich so einige Str\u00e4nde angesehen. In unserer zuk\u00fcnftigen Hotelanlage lebt es sich bis jetzt ja auch recht bequem, sodass kein allzu gro\u00dfer Druck bestand, in das eigene Heim umzuziehen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An seinem Bauvorhaben hat sich seitdem auch nicht viel ge\u00e4ndert. Lediglich die damals versprochenen Erdbebenlager wurden ersatzlos gestrichen. Stattdessen kamen die dicken Stahltr\u00e4ger, welche zwischenzeitlich noch geliefert wurden, direkt auf die Betonstelzen. Markus bildete damit die dreieckigen Konturen des Hauses nach, wo sp\u00e4ter die W\u00e4nde sein werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die L\u00fccken zwischen den Doppel-T-Tr\u00e4gern f\u00fcllte er mit Stahlprofilen. Und das beinahe im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes. Alle 30cm kam nicht nur ein Stahlprofil, sondern ein doppeltes Stahlprofil zum Einsatz. Das d\u00fcrfte der Bodenplatte wohl genug Halt geben. Im n\u00e4chsten Schritt folgten die Abwasserrohre, die Markus fachm\u00e4nnisch geplant verlegte und an den Stahlprofilen befestigte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dr\u00fcber kam dann die Schalung, die in diesem Fall aus Wellblech bestehen wird. Auch hier ging Markus sehr exakt vor und schnitt s\u00e4mtliche Einzelst\u00fccke passgenau f\u00fcr die L\u00fccken zwischen den Stahltr\u00e4gern zurecht. Es folgte schlie\u00dflich die Bewehrung, wo Markus sich besonders M\u00fche gab. Aus einzelnen Bewehrungsstangen formte er erst ein grobes Gitter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Diese Stangen sollten aber nicht auf der Schalung aufliegen, sondern sp\u00e4ter ungef\u00e4hr mittig in der rund 15 Zentimeter dicken Betonplatte liegen. Und genau da hat Markus ein wahres Kunstwerk erschaffen. Was aussieht wie eine Landschaft aus kleinen Sandburgen, sind Markus selbstgebastelte Abstandshalter aus Beton.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Man kann sich gut vorstellen, dass dieser Prozess eine ganze Weile gedauert hat. Auf einer zweiten Ebene installierte er zum Schluss ein Bewehrungsgitter mit kleinerem Durchmesser und engeren Maschen. Die Bewehrung war somit komplett. Dem kam Markus jedoch zuvor und entledigte sich dem Pflanzenmaterial mit Hilfe eines Laubbl\u00e4sers. Ein paar Monate sp\u00e4ter war es dann auch schon so weit und es ging an die Bestellung des Lieferbetons. F\u00fcr die 16m\u00b3 Beton nach C35 Spezifikation waren insgesamt 4 LKWs n\u00f6tig, die wir f\u00fcr Dienstagvormittag bestellten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die letzten Tage war Markus dann sehr nerv\u00f6s und plante jede noch so kleine Kleinigkeit bis ins Detail. Jede M\u00f6glichkeit eines eventuellen Problems wurde analysiert. Man k\u00f6nnte fast sagen er war ein wenig hysterisch. Ich verglich das Schauspiel mit einer hochschwangeren jungen Frau bei ihrem ersten Baby. Die Wehen in immer k\u00fcrzeren Abst\u00e4nden. Es wurde langsam ernst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Am Dienstagmorgen war es dann endlich soweit und der erste LKW fuhr in die Finca ein. Ein denkw\u00fcrdiger Moment in dem der erste Beton in die Schalung floss. Die n\u00e4chsten Stunden gingen dann auch sehr problemlos vor\u00fcber. Die Platte wurde perfekt grade und eben. Auch bei starkem Regen heute bildeten sich keine Pf\u00fctzen. Bei all der guten Vorbereitung auch kein Wunder. Mit rund 32 Tonnen ist sie die schwerste und gr\u00f6\u00dfte Betonplatte auf der Finca geworden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jetzt sind wir alle ganz gespannt in welcher Geschwindigkeit Markus die W\u00e4nde hochziehen wird. Eine neue Motivation hat er auf jeden Fall.
