{"id":12581,"date":"2021-01-24T19:44:45","date_gmt":"2021-01-24T17:44:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.simons-world.at\/rtw\/?p=12581"},"modified":"2023-04-27T05:47:56","modified_gmt":"2023-04-27T03:47:56","slug":"santa-fe-paraiso-erste-auswanderer-gefunden","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.simons-world.at\/rtw\/santa-fe-paraiso-erste-auswanderer-gefunden\/","title":{"rendered":"Santa Fe Paraiso: Erste Auswanderer gefunden"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Herzlich willkommen zur\u00fcck in Santa Fe, wo ich euch heute von unserem zweiten Auswandererprojekt erz\u00e4hlen m\u00f6chte. W\u00e4hrend auf unserer Stammfinca alles rund l\u00e4uft und die Baustellen wie Pilze aus dem Boden schie\u00dfen, gibt es auch vom <a href=\"https:\/\/www.simons-world.at\/rtw\/santa-fe-paraiso\/\">Santa Fe Paraiso<\/a> reichlich Neues zu berichten. Die knapp 2,5 Hektar gro\u00dfe Anlage, welche nur wenige Minuten entfernt liegt, ist mittlerweile auch schon fast bewohnbar. Doch beginnen wir von vorne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zufahrtsstra\u00dfe ins Paradies<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Den letzten Bericht dazu gab es <a href=\"https:\/\/www.simons-world.at\/rtw\/was-war-was-wird-zum-status-unserer-auswanderergemeinschaft-ende-2020\/\">im vergangenen November<\/a>, als wir gerade mit mehreren Hurrikans bzw. deren Auswirkungen zu k\u00e4mpfen hatten. Bei aufgeweichtem Boden musste der Bulldozer erstmal f\u00fcr einige Tage stillstehen, ehe wir uns wieder dem Stra\u00dfenbau widmen konnten. Im ersten Schritt entfernten wir damals die Vegetation und die oberste Erdschicht im Bereich der Zufahrtsstra\u00dfe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video height=\"720\" style=\"aspect-ratio: 1280 \/ 720;\" width=\"1280\" controls src=\"https:\/\/www.simons-world.at\/rtw\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/Vid-20201030-120801117.m4v\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Dabei entdeckten wir einen sumpfigen Abschnitt von etwa sechs Metern L\u00e4nge, wo sich anscheinend Wasser aus der Erde dr\u00fcckte. Damit die Stra\u00dfe davon sp\u00e4ter nicht besch\u00e4digt wird, baggerten wir den Bereich gro\u00dfz\u00fcgig aus und legten eine Drainage an. Dazu f\u00fcllten wir das Loch und den gew\u00fcnschten Abflussbereich einfach mit einigen LKW-Ladungen Flusssteinen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Somit kann das Wasser von nun an unterirdisch ablaufen ohne die Stra\u00dfe in Mitleidenschaft zu ziehen. Ende November ging es dann an den Stra\u00dfenbelag, den wir wie immer mit Tonbruchstein bzw. Tosca realisierten. Ich glaube 36 LKW-Ladungen bzw. rund 400m\u00b3 waren daf\u00fcr n\u00f6tig. Dabei hatten wir gro\u00dfes Gl\u00fcck, denn die Stra\u00dfenf\u00fchrung wurde vom Vorbesitzer bestens geplant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sie verl\u00e4uft ideal mit der Topologie und um das Oberfl\u00e4chenwasser abzuleiten, wurden vor etlichen Jahren schon Betonrohre in der Erde verlegt. Da hatten wir relativ leichtes Spiel und in wenigen Tagen war die Stra\u00dfe schlie\u00dflich fertig. Ein billiger Spa\u00df war es trotzdem nicht, doch solche Infrastruktur-Investitionen lohnen sich eigentlich immer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-3 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Erste Grundst\u00fccke vergeben!<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Als Grundlage f\u00fcr unsere zweite Auswanderersiedlung ist eine ordentliche Stra\u00dfenanbindung mindestens genauso wichtig wie die Auswanderer selber. Damit uns diese auch schnell finden, startete ich Ende letzten Jahres einen Versuch und schaltete f\u00fcr einige Wochen Werbung mit einschl\u00e4gigen Stichw\u00f6rtern. Die Resonanz war enorm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Irgendwann reichten die Abende nicht mehr aus und ich musste sogar meine Arbeit an der Casita Simon unterbrechen, um die zahlreichen E-Mails und Telefonate abzuarbeiten. Die wirklich ernsthaften Auswanderer setzen sich dann in der Regel trotz aller Unannehmlichkeiten in den Flieger und wollen ihre potentielle neue Heimat baldm\u00f6glichst besichtigen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dies f\u00fchrte in den letzten Wochen vor Weihnachten zu einem regelrechten Hotelbetrieb auf der Finca. Neben so einigen interessanten Unterhaltungen und willkommener kulinarischer Abwechslung, bescherte uns das auch beinahe w\u00f6chentliche Trips an die Karibikk\u00fcste im Norden von Santa Fe. Auch wenn das Wetter nicht immer perfekt war, verfehlt eine Fahrt durch den Regenwald eigentlich nie ihre Wirkung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unsere Besucher waren ganz angetan und verzaubert von der sch\u00f6nen Natur und der herrlichen Ruhe, die unsere Heimat bietet. Trotzdem kam es f\u00fcr mich ziemlich unerwartet, dass sich gleich zwei hochmotivierte deutsche Auswanderer ein St\u00fcck davon sichern wollten. Voraussichtlich im M\u00e4rz werden die Bauarbeiten am ersten Geb\u00e4ude im Santa Fe Paraiso starten. Die Pl\u00e4ne sind durchaus ambitioniert, denn schon bald sollen in Santa Fe deutsches Bier und deutsche W\u00fcrstchen hergestellt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Manch einer hat gar so viele Pl\u00e4ne, dass allein diese einen eigenen Beitrag erfordern w\u00fcrden. Ich finde das alles toll, denn meine knapp f\u00fcnf Jahre alte Vision vom deutschen Auswandererdorf in Santa Fe, scheint tats\u00e4chlich in absehbarer Zeit Realit\u00e4t zu werden. Zweifelsohne arbeiten wir seit langer Zeit sehr hart daran und machen wohl auch die ein oder andere Sache richtig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fluchthilfeorganisation Santa Fe<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Doch nur durch uns und unsere Arbeit ist das Projekt bestimmt nicht so erfolgreich. Seien wir ehrlich. Die wahre Ursache daf\u00fcr sind wohl die sich rapide verschlechternden Bedingungen in der ehemals demokratisch regierten westlichen Welt. Ein bisschen f\u00fchlen wir uns wie eine Fluchthilfeorganisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Und das ist keinesfalls \u00fcbertrieben. Denn unter Androhung eines weiteren Lockdowns bis Ostern, erwarten wir in den n\u00e4chsten Tagen erneut eine ganze Reihe von Besuchern auf der Finca. Damit diese Leute in ihren Heimatl\u00e4ndern nicht von der Polizei drangsaliert und wom\u00f6glich an ihrer Ausreise gehindert werden, arbeiten wir mit einem Anwalt zusammen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dieser stellt uns Dokumente aus welche best\u00e4tigen, dass die jeweilige Person zu gesch\u00e4ftlichen Zwecken pers\u00f6nlich in Panama erscheinen muss. Urlaubsreisen sind ja momentan so gar nicht erw\u00fcnscht. Des Weiteren k\u00fcmmern wir uns um die Er\u00f6ffnung von Bankkonten in Panama, diverse Firmengr\u00fcndungen und nat\u00fcrlich das Wichtigste: Die Ausstellung von dauerhaften Aufenthaltsgenehmigungen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ihr seht schon, das neue Jahr f\u00e4ngt genauso spannend an, wie das alte aufgeh\u00f6rt hat. Seit dem Jahreswechsel hat es auch kaum mehr geregnet, sodass wir uns im Santa Fe Paraiso bald wieder an die Arbeit machen werden. Im ersten Schritt hatten wir ja nur Lote 1 bis 3 reinigen lassen. Eigentlich hatte ich ja auch nicht so einen gro\u00dfen Andrang erwartet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video height=\"720\" style=\"aspect-ratio: 1280 \/ 720;\" width=\"1280\" controls src=\"https:\/\/www.simons-world.at\/rtw\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/Vid-20201216-100307099.m4v\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Doch nun wird es auch dem \u00fcberwuchernden Gr\u00fcnzeug auf Lote 4 an den Kragen gehen, damit unsere zuk\u00fcnftigen Auswanderer dort ebenfalls das Gel\u00e4nde erkundigen k\u00f6nnen. Als n\u00e4chstes stehen Strom- und Wasserleitungen auf dem Programm.
