{"id":11765,"date":"2020-05-05T06:36:48","date_gmt":"2020-05-05T04:36:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.simons-world.at\/rtw\/?p=11765"},"modified":"2020-05-05T06:36:49","modified_gmt":"2020-05-05T04:36:49","slug":"casita-simon-von-stahlrohren-und-messfehlern","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.simons-world.at\/rtw\/casita-simon-von-stahlrohren-und-messfehlern\/","title":{"rendered":"Casita Simon: Von Stahlrohren und Messfehlern"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Nachdem ich euch Mitte M\u00e4rz vom <a href=\"https:\/\/www.simons-world.at\/rtw\/endlich-ist-es-soweit-baubeginn-der-casita-simon\/\">Baubeginn an meinem kleinen H\u00e4uschen<\/a>, der Casita Simon, erz\u00e4hlt habe, gibt es mittlerweile wieder viel zu berichten. Nicht zuletzt aufgrund der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.simons-world.at\/rtw\/covid-19-in-panama-der-wahnsinn-geht-weiter\/\">Grippe-Quarant\u00e4ne<\/a> sind die Fortschritte \u00fcberschaubar, doch die Umrisse des H\u00e4uschens sind bereits recht gut zu erkennen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alles begann nat\u00fcrlich erst mal mit dem\ngenauen Abstecken der Au\u00dfenkanten, wof\u00fcr ich ein einfaches Schnurger\u00fcst bauen\nwollte. Also erst mal zur Cooperativa ein paar Kanth\u00f6lzer, Bretter und Schnur\ngekauft. Dann alles zugeschnitten, die Pfl\u00f6cke angespitzt und ab damit auf den\nH\u00e4nger. Als ich dann R\u00fcckw\u00e4rts die steile Kurve zu meiner Baustelle\nrunterfahren wollte, schaffte ich es doch tats\u00e4chlich, den H\u00e4nger samt Jimny im\nGraben festzufahren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also H\u00e4nger abgeladen, abgekuppelt und im\nnu war der Jimny auch schon wieder frei und ich konnte mich der eigentlichen\nArbeit widmen. F\u00fcr das Schnurger\u00fcst brauchte ich an jeder Ecke drei Pfl\u00f6cke in\nder Erde mit zwei daran festgeschraubten Brettern, das Ganze ungef\u00e4hr im 90\u00b0 Winkel.\nDie H\u00f6he der Bretter war in meinem Fall gleichzeitig die sp\u00e4tere Bodenh\u00f6he.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mit einer Schnurwasserwaage \u00fcbertrugen wir\ndie H\u00f6he von der einen Seite auf die andere, womit der tats\u00e4chliche\nH\u00f6henunterschied im Gel\u00e4nde erstmals richtig sichtbar wurde. Auf die 8,5 Meter\nL\u00e4nge sind moderate 40cm auszugleichen. Alle\nAbst\u00e4nde sowie die Diagonalen waren in etwa gleich, die Winkel sahen nach\nziemlich genau 90\u00b0 aus. Vielleicht nicht perfekt, doch gut genug wie ich finde.\nIsais machte sich schon mal daran die ersten L\u00f6cher auszuheben, w\u00e4hrend ich\nmich um die Stahlrohre k\u00fcmmerte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Um sp\u00e4ter richtig im Boden verankert zu\nsein, k\u00f6nnen die 10x10cm Rohre nicht einfach so in den Beton, sondern brauchen\nein paar F\u00fc\u00dfe wie wir es hier nennen. Im Prinzip sind das nur ein paar dicke\nFurniereisen, die wir in unterschiedlichen Winkeln anbringen und so f\u00fcr eine\nausreichende Verankerung sorgen. Sven schwei\u00dfte mir dazu ein paar Halterungen\nan den Rohren fest, wo sp\u00e4ter in der Baugrube die Eisen befestigt werden\nk\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Rohre auf die richtige L\u00e4nge\nzugeschnitten, mussten wir dann erstmal den Berg bis an meine Baustelle runtertragen.\nEiner der zugeschnittenen Eckpfeiler mit 6mm Materialst\u00e4rke wiegt locker mal\n65kg, doch die Dinger runterzutragen war noch die kleinere Herausforderung.\nSchlie\u00dflich mussten wir die Pfosten senkrecht aufstellen und millimetergenau\nAusrichten, bevor es ans F\u00fc\u00dfe anbringen und einbetonieren gehen konnte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mit der Hebelwirkung des in der Luft\npendelnden Stahls ist nicht zu spa\u00dfen und ich wurde einmal beinahe von einem\nder Rohre erschlagen. Dazu muss man auch sagen, dass wir die Rohre nat\u00fcrlich\nnicht direkt auf den Matsch gestellt haben, sondern immer noch einen gro\u00dfen\nStein zwischen Rohr und Erde gelegt haben. Doch all der Hindernisse und Erschwernisse zum Trotz, schafften wir\nes pro Tag zwei Pfosten fertig einzubetonieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Anzahl der Pfosten habe ich\nzwischenzeitlich von 14 auf 12 reduziert, in Realit\u00e4t statt auf dem\nComputerschirm sehen die 12 n\u00e4mlich schon ziemlich \u00fcberdimensioniert aus f\u00fcr\ndas kleine H\u00e4uschen. Stark ist gut, st\u00e4rker ist besser, doch \u00fcbertreiben m\u00fcssen\nwir es ja nicht. Au\u00dferdem konnten wir so einen Tag fr\u00fcher damit anfangen, die\nersten Querverbindungen zwischen den Pfosten einzuschwei\u00dfen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die H\u00f6he der sp\u00e4teren Zwischenetage wo sich\ndas Schlafzimmer und ein Balkon befinden werden, \u00e4nderte ich auch noch von 2,50\nMeter auf 2,40 Meter, was f\u00fcr ein wenig mehr zus\u00e4tzliche Deckenfreiheit sorgen\nsollte. Alles nochmal nachgemessen und angezeichnet, schnitt ich den ersten\nQuerbalken zurecht, den Sven sogleich anschwei\u00dfte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mit einigen Unterbrechungen \u2013 schlie\u00dflich\nhaben wir ja nicht nur eine aktive Baustelle \u2013 ging es dann St\u00fcck f\u00fcr St\u00fcck\nweiter. Also die H\u00f6henmarkierungen auf den fest einbetonierten\nPfosten, welche eigentlich die sp\u00e4tere Bodenh\u00f6he angeben sollten, waren nicht\nidentisch. Da wir aber von diesen fehlerhaften Markierungen aus nach oben\ngemessen hatten, war schlussendlich kein einziges Stahlrohr dort, wo es\neigentlich sein sollte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nach viel Aufregung und ein bisschen um\nplanen, stellte sich das aber als relativ kleines Problem heraus. Schlie\u00dflich\nwaren die Rahmenteile jeweils auf einer H\u00f6he, wenn auch nicht exakt dort wo sie\nsein sollten. Aber solange alles gerade ist halten sich die Probleme in\nGrenzen. Wir mussten schlie\u00dflich einige Pfosten zus\u00e4tzlich verl\u00e4ngern und eine\nfehlerhafte Querverbindung austauschen, doch der Aufwand daf\u00fcr war recht\n\u00fcberschaubar. Gl\u00fcck gehabt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Zwischenetage ist jetzt um weitere 8cm\nniedriger als urspr\u00fcnglich geplant, au\u00dferdem sind die Au\u00dfenma\u00dfe rund 1cm zu\nbreit und 2cm zu lang geworden, was angesichts der Umst\u00e4nde aber in Ordnung\nist. Mitarbeiter eines Vermessungsb\u00fcros werden hier niemals auftauchen, ganz\nabgesehen davon, dass ich noch nicht einmal eine Baugenehmigung habe. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die bekommt man \u00fcblicherweise erst dann,\nwenn die Umrisse des Geb\u00e4udes klar erkennbar sind. Also eigentlich jetzt. Das\nAmt ist aufgrund der Grippe aber geschlossen, Materiallieferungen nur sehr\neingeschr\u00e4nkt m\u00f6glich. F\u00fcr den Moment haben wir aber noch gen\u00fcgend Arbeit und\nMaterial auf Lager. Als n\u00e4chstes werden wir uns dem Dachstuhl widmen.
