Um f\u00fcr ein bisschen Abwechslung\nzu sorgen, m\u00f6chte ich euch heute allerdings erstmal von unserem\nBadezimmergeb\u00e4ude erz\u00e4hlen. Seit wir Anfang Jahr die Arbeiten am <a href=\"https:\/\/www.simons-world.at\/rtw\/neues-von-der-hostel-baustelle-der-badezimmer-vorbau\/\">Badezimmer\nVorbau<\/a> begonnen haben, ist eine Menge vorw\u00e4rts gegangen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Als erstes mussten wir uns der frisch gegossenen Bodenplatte\nwidmen, wo es galt einen passenden Belag zu finden. Urspr\u00fcnglich wollten wir\ndort Flusssteine einbetonieren, doch um eine glattere Oberfl\u00e4che zu erhalten\ndie sich leichter reinigen l\u00e4sst, haben wir uns dann doch f\u00fcr Fliesen\nentschieden. Aber daf\u00fcr extra welche zu kaufen wollte ich jetzt auch nicht.\nAlso was tun?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Da wir noch haufenweise kaputte Fliesen sowie zahlreiche\nRestst\u00fccke aus anderen Projekten herumliegen hatten, kam ich auf eine Idee.\nMosaik Fliesen hatte ich auch w\u00e4hrend meinen vielen Reisen in so manchen\nUnterk\u00fcnften gesehen. Sowas sollte sich doch machen lassen? St\u00fcck f\u00fcr St\u00fcck ging es voran\nund sah schonmal gar nicht schlecht aus. Kurz darauf kam mir Lisa zur Hilfe und\nwir machten die kleine Fl\u00e4che im Handumdrehen fertig. Durch die Kombination aus\nmatten und gl\u00e4nzenden Fliesenst\u00fcckchen, spiegelt und funkelt der Boden im\nSonnenlicht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Und nat\u00fcrlich habe ich dabei nicht irgendwelche Fliesen\nverwendet, sondern die Restst\u00fccke aus den Badezimmern. Somit liegen jetzt um\nden Badezimmer-Vorbau jene Fliesen in Bruchst\u00fccken, die innen sch\u00f6n sauber\nverbaut sind. In die relativ gro\u00dfen Fugen zwischen den Mosaik St\u00fcckchen schmierten\nwir dann statt Fugenmasse einfach normalen grauen Beton. Und das Ergebnis kann\nsich durchaus sehen lassen finde ich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Um einen sauberen Rand zu bekommen und damit sp\u00e4ter nicht der\nTosca vom Trampelpfad auf die Fliesen rutscht, betonierten wir noch eine Reihe\nmittelgro\u00dfer Flusssteine als Umrandung ein. Sehr sch\u00f6n! Damit hier sp\u00e4ter nicht\ndas Regenwasser alles in eine gro\u00dfe Matschpf\u00fctze verwandelt, mussten wir einige\nVorkehrungen treffen. An die Kante betonierten wir eine kleine Mauer aus Vulkansteinen,\ndie das Bild nun sch\u00f6n abrundet. Und um dem Wasser einen Weg zu geben,\nbetonierte ich einen Abfluss unter dem Aufgang zur Waschk\u00fcche an der Seite des Sanit\u00e4rgeb\u00e4udes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Damit war nun alles fertig f\u00fcr das Tonbruchgestein bzw.\nTosca, den wir wie immer als Wegbelag verwendeten. Mit der sch\u00f6nen neuen Anh\u00e4ngerkupplung\nam Jimny hatten wir das Zeug auch ziemlich schnell von seinem Lagerort am\nanderen Ende der Finca, bis zum Badezimmergeb\u00e4ude bef\u00f6rdert. Nachdem wir aber einen kleinen Unfall hatten, wo jemand leicht\nbetrunken die ungesicherte Treppe runtergest\u00fcrzt ist, gab es aber auch dort Handlungsbedarf.\nPassiert ist au\u00dfer ein paar blauer Flecken \u00fcbrigens gl\u00fccklicherweise nichts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jedenfalls kaufte ich ein paar Kanth\u00f6lzer und baute auf die\nschnelle ein einfaches Gel\u00e4nder, damit solche Unf\u00e4lle in Zukunft nicht wieder\nvorkommen. Alles was in unserem Masterplan jetzt noch fehlte, war die direkte Verbindung\nvon den Hostelzimmern zum Badezimmer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Da es vom Hostel Geb\u00e4ude zum Badezimmer n\u00e4mlich nur wenige\nMeter Luftlinie sind, man bisher aber \u00fcber die Wege einen extremen Umweg laufen\nmusste, haben wir uns schon vor l\u00e4ngerem dazu entschieden, eine kleine Br\u00fccke\nzu bauen. Sie soll vom Podest der Hostelzimmer \u00fcber Felsen und B\u00fcsche direkt\nzum Badezimmer-Vorbau f\u00fchren, womit man diesen in einem Bruchteil der bisherigen\nZeit erreichen k\u00f6nnen sollte. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Und nachdem nun drumherum mehr oder weniger alles fertig\nwar, machten wir uns an die Arbeit.
