Seit dem <a href=\"https:\/\/www.simons-world.at\/rtw\/neues-von-der-hostel-baustelle-von-blumenbeet-bis-kuchenablage\/\">letzten\nBericht Anfang Januar<\/a> ist eine Menge vorw\u00e4rts gegangen und die Vision\nunseres K\u00fcchengeb\u00e4udes wird nach und nach zur Realit\u00e4t. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Den Anfang machten wir mit der letzten fehlenden Mauer an\nder Stelle, wo bald die Au\u00dfenk\u00fcche entstehen wird. Da die Bodenplatte im\nAu\u00dfenbereich des Geb\u00e4udes auf einem erh\u00f6hten Stahlrahmen liegt, wollten wir\nGewicht sparen und haben uns daher f\u00fcr eine M2-Wand anstatt einer massiv\ngemauerten Wand entschieden. Die daf\u00fcr n\u00f6tigen Styroporplatten mit\nDrahtgeflechten hatten wir schon seit geraumer Zeit im Lager liegen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Dinger passend zuzuschneiden und dann in den L\u00fccken\nzwischen den beiden S\u00e4ulen zu befestigen, war allerdings nicht so trivial. Um\nsp\u00e4ter auch stabil zu sein und nicht bei der ersten Windb\u00f6e umzufallen, musste\ndie neue Wand nat\u00fcrlich unten sowie auch seitlich gut verankert werden. Die Stromleitungen sowie Steckdosen\nwollten wir zumindest teilweise unter Putz verlegen, was bei der Styroporwand\nnat\u00fcrlich ein Kinderspiel war. In Windeseile hatte ich die Installationsrohre\nund Stromdosen verbaut und somit war der Weg frei f\u00fcr den Beton.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mit einer ersten Schicht f\u00fcllte Isais alle L\u00fccken und Hohlr\u00e4ume\nzwischen dem Styropor und den Metallgittern gro\u00dfz\u00fcgig mit Beton. Nach einem Tag\ntrocknen folgte dann eine zweite d\u00fcnne Schicht Verputz und fertig war die Wand.\nUnd um der frischen Mauer noch ein paar Tage Trocknungszeit zu g\u00f6nnen, widmete\nich mich vorerst einer anderen Arbeit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Da unser provisorischer Essbereich in B\u00e4lde zur Baustelle\nwerden wird, wir aber unter dem Schleppdach noch keinerlei Beleuchtung oder\nandere Elektroinstallationen hatten, musste ich das dringend nachholen. Schlie\u00dflich\nmacht im Dunkeln essen keinen Spa\u00df und f\u00fcr den sp\u00e4teren Betrieb brauchen wir\nsowieso Licht und Strom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Passende Lampen waren im Baumarkt schnell gefunden, doch nat\u00fcrlich\nnicht in der gew\u00fcnschten Farbe. Eine Spraydose matt-schwarzer Farbe l\u00f6ste das\nProblem aber relativ schnell und einfach. Da ich die Lampen dann weder direkt\nauf die Stahlst\u00fctzen noch auf die Betons\u00e4ulen schrauben konnte bzw. wollte,\nleimte ich kurzerhand passende Holzboxen zusammen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul Ergebnis<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Den Anfang machten die vier Lampen im zuk\u00fcnftigen\nEssbereich, wo sich momentan noch meine Holzwerkstatt befindet. Um sp\u00e4ter auch\neine tolle Atmosph\u00e4re zu bieten, kaufte ich spezielle LED-Leuchtmittel mit angenehm\ngelblichem Farbspektrum, anstatt die steril blau leuchtenden Energiesparlampen.\nAu\u00dferdem verbaute ich statt einem normalen Lichtschalter einen Dimmer, womit\nsich die Helligkeit bequem einstellen l\u00e4sst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mangels anderer Optionen besorgte ich f\u00fcr die Verkabelung\ndicke Gummikabel und verlegte alles offen auf den S\u00e4ulen und \u00fcber den\nDachstuhl. Alternativ h\u00e4tte ich ansonsten \u00fcberall die grauen Installationsrohre\nverlegen und Dr\u00e4hte einziehen m\u00fcssen. Da f\u00fcr das Dach aber keine\nUnterverkleidung geplant ist, w\u00e4re das wohl mehr als h\u00e4sslich geworden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Weiter ging es dann auf der rechten Seite im zuk\u00fcnftigen\nBarbereich des K\u00fcchengeb\u00e4udes, wof\u00fcr wir auch schon h\u00fcbsche H\u00e4ngelampen ergattert\nhatten. Da aufgrund starker Winde keine wirklich freih\u00e4ngenden Lampen m\u00f6glich\nsind, haben wir uns f\u00fcr ein starres und h\u00fcbsch verchromtes Modell entschieden.\nDas Problem mit der Befestigung war hier \u00e4hnlich wie im Essbereich, denn die\nLampe samt Verkabelung konnte ich keinesfalls direkt an den Betontr\u00e4ger schrauben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dazu h\u00e4tten wir die entsprechenden Installationen schlie\u00dflich\ndirekt im Tr\u00e4ger vorbereiten und einbetonieren m\u00fcssen. Auch hier behalf ich mir\nmit einer Holzkonstruktion, woran ich die Lampen aufh\u00e4ngte und gleichzeitig die\nKabel verstecken konnte. Die neue Wand hatte mir\nLisa schon teilweise mit Grundierungsfarbe angepinselt, sodass ich direkt mit\nden Elektroinstallationen weitermachen konnte. Aufgrund der S\u00e4ulen die wir\nnicht anschlitzen wollten, verlaufen die Installationsrohre hier teilweise auf\nder Mauer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Und nat\u00fcrlich habe ich es mir wieder mal nicht zu einfach gemacht.\nMehrere Stromkreise f\u00fcr die K\u00fcchenger\u00e4te sind wohl obligatorisch, doch auch f\u00fcr\ndie Au\u00dfen- bzw. Innenbeleuchtung hatte ich eigene Kabel zu verlegen. Um das\nK\u00fcchengeb\u00e4ude sind alle Au\u00dfenlampen zusammengeschaltet und werden \u00fcber eine\nzentrale Zeitschaltuhr gesteuert. Die Beleuchtung im Innenbereich hingegen wird\nvon einer Batterie gepuffert und muss deswegen auch getrennt verkabelt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Schlie\u00dflich konnte ich so nicht einfach den Neutralleiter\neines beliebigen Stromkreises verwenden, sondern musste den Kreis bis hin zur\nBatterie schlie\u00dfen. Wieder mal etwas Mehraufwand, der sich jedoch sp\u00e4testens beim\nersten Stromausfall bezahlt machen wird. Tja, es sind eben die Kleinigkeiten\nworauf wir hier achten. Die erste Fahrt nach Santiago\nverlief dann auch ganz problemlos und wir brachten jede Menge Sperrholzplatten\nund Kanth\u00f6lzer mit. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der Jimmy fuhr sich mit knapp 750kg Anh\u00e4ngelast zwar nicht\nmehr ganz so spritzig, meistere die Aufgabe jedoch ganz souver\u00e4n. Zugelassen\nist er ja sowieso f\u00fcr eine maximale Anh\u00e4ngelast von 1250kg. Das Holz f\u00fcr die\nAu\u00dfenk\u00fcche habe ich nun jedenfalls in der Werkstatt liegen und auch schon damit\nbegonnen, die ersten Rahmen zusammenzuschrauben.
