Viel ist passiert in den letzten Wochen, an allen Ecken und\nEnden ein bisschen, doch erz\u00e4hlen m\u00f6chte ich euch heute von der Veredelung\nunseres Sanit\u00e4rgeb\u00e4udes sowie den Vorbereitungen f\u00fcr das Urinal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>W\u00e4hrend bis jetzt zwei der drei\nBadezimmer fertiggestellt sind, fehlte der zuk\u00fcnftige Bereich f\u00fcr das Urinal\nnoch komplett. Bis auf ein kleines St\u00fcck Beton und die sanit\u00e4ren Anschl\u00fcsse,\nwar noch nicht viel davon zu sehen. Auch der Holzsteg vor dem Geb\u00e4ude, \u00fcber welchen\nman die Badezimmer und das Urinal erreichen kann, war noch recht nackig und von\nder geplanten Verkleidung fehlte jede Spur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>H\u00f6chste Zeit also die Arbeiten\nanzugehen! Als erstes kam der Mann f\u00fcrs Grobe, n\u00e4mlich Isais, der mir eine\nkleine Mauer f\u00fcr das Urinal baute. Das knappe dutzend Steine war blitzschnell\ngemauert und keinen Tag sp\u00e4ter klebten auch schon die Fliesen an der Wand. Noch\nein paar St\u00fcck auf den Boden und fertig war die Urinier Ecke. Doch im Gegensatz zu den\nToiletten, war das n\u00f6tige Montagematerial nat\u00fcrlich nicht im Paket inkludiert\nund auf Lager hatten wir auch nichts Brauchbares. F\u00fcr den Moment aber egal,\ndenn mit der geplanten Verkleidung f\u00fcr den Steg vor dem Geb\u00e4ude, gab es noch\ngen\u00fcgend andere Arbeit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es war <a href=\"https:\/\/www.simons-world.at\/rtw\/neues-von-der-hostel-baustelle-ein-holzsteg-fuer-das-badezimmer\/\">bereits\nim Juni<\/a>, als wir den Holzsteg vor dem Sanit\u00e4rgeb\u00e4ude fertigstellt haben. In\nder Zwischenzeit hat Sven auch eine kleine Treppe gebaut, sodass wir\nmittlerweile seit einigen Wochen ohne zu klettern ins Badezimmer kommen. Der\nunsch\u00f6ne Anblick unter den Steg und das hochgesetzte Geb\u00e4ude, ist allerdings\ngeblieben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Schon seit \u00fcber einem Jahr sitzen\nwir auf einem regelrechten Berg von sogenanntem Ca\u00f1a Blanca, eine Art\nSchilfgras, welches wir f\u00fcr Verkleidungen und Dekorationen jeder Art\nangeschafft haben. Auch den Blick unter das Geb\u00e4ude wollten wir damit\nversperren, doch das Material kann nicht einfach so verwendet werden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nach der mittlerweile ausreichend\nlangen Trocknungszeit, musste erst von jedem einzelnen Halm die Schale entfernt\nwerden. Es war an manchen Regentagen eine tolle Besch\u00e4ftigung, sodass auch\nausreichend gesch\u00e4ltes Ca\u00f1a auf Lager war. Schlie\u00dflich war es soweit und ich begann mit der Kapps\u00e4ge die\nSchilfgrashalme zurechtzuschneiden. Am Ende war die L\u00e4nge egal, nur die\nwenigsten St\u00fccke waren wirklich grade. Durch anlegen auf den Rahmen und drehen\nmusste ich f\u00fcr jedes St\u00fcck die ideale Lage ermitteln. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>War diese erstmal gefunden, bohrte\nich die L\u00f6cher vor und befestigte jedes St\u00fcck mit jeweils zwei Schrauben auf\ndem Rahmen. Viele Stunden war ich besch\u00e4ftigt mit Ca\u00f1as abmessen, zurechtschneiden\nund anschrauben. Es war nicht gerade schnell, doch Zentimeter f\u00fcr Zentimeter\nentstand auf diese Art eine tolle Verkleidung aus Naturmaterial. Die Blicke\nunter den Steg geh\u00f6rten so bald der Vergangenheit an, alles was noch fehlte war\nnun ein Sichtschutz rund um das Urinal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Mauer an der R\u00fcckseite sollte noch\netwas erh\u00f6ht werden und f\u00fcr die rechte Seite plante ich eine Wand aus Ca\u00f1as. Das\nPrinzip war dasselbe, erst baute ich die Rahmen aus Kanth\u00f6lzern und befestigte\ndann die einzelnen Ca\u00f1as. Doch St\u00fcck f\u00fcr St\u00fcck ging auch dieser Teil voran, bis das\nMeisterwerk schlie\u00dflich vollendet war. Bl\u00f6derweise hatten sich \u00fcber Nacht bereits\ndie ersten Termiten in den frisch geschnittenen Ca\u00f1as niedergelassen, was mich\nzu radikalen Gegenma\u00dfnahmen veranlasste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Als erstes spr\u00fchte ich die\nkomplette Verkleidung gro\u00dfz\u00fcgig mit einem Insektizid ein, welches s\u00e4mtliche\naktuell dort lebenden Insekten sowie deren Eier zuverl\u00e4ssig abt\u00f6ten sollte. Da\ndieses Mittel aber recht fl\u00fcchtig ist und nach einigen Tagen seine Wirkung\nverliert, folgte eine zweite Behandlung mit einem speziellen Holzschutzmittel, welches\n\u00fcber mehrere Jahrzehnte wirksam bleiben sollte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durch die Behandlung wurden die Ca\u00f1as\nein wenig dunkler und wirkten nicht mehr ganz so matt, doch um das letzte aus\nihnen rauszuholen, opferte ich noch einen halben Liter der sch\u00f6nen Holzlasur\nund pinselte die komplette Verkleidung damit ein. Die ehemals matten,\nverblichenen und teilweise grauen Ca\u00f1as, erstrahlten nun in kr\u00e4ftigen, frischen\nBraunt\u00f6nen. Wundersch\u00f6n!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Doch beim Anblick des Sanit\u00e4rgeb\u00e4udes\nf\u00e4llt es deutlich auf: So richtig fertig ist hier noch gar nichts. Das dritte\nBadezimmer fehlt nach wie vor und das Urinal sollte auch noch montiert werden.\nVon der Farbe an der Wand und der gro\u00dfen Waschk\u00fcche auf der Geb\u00e4uder\u00fcckseite\nfange ich jetzt gar nicht erst an. Im Bild fallen au\u00dferdem die aus dem Boden\nstehenden Bewehrungseisen auf, denn wir planen noch an einem kleinen Vorbau mit\nWaschbecken, den wir als n\u00e4chstes angehen werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kommt Zeit, kommt Rat. Wir freuen\nuns jetzt erstmal auf ein paar arbeitsfreie Tage, denn f\u00fcr Weihnachten ist ein\ngro\u00dfes Festessen geplant und zu Silvester werden wir wohl wieder ein riesiges\nFreudenfeuer veranstalten.
