Ja ich scheine\nhier gar den Eindruck erweckt zu haben, es w\u00fcrde auf unseren Baustellen schon\ngar nichts mehr vorw\u00e4rts gehen. Mit diesem Beitrag sollte sich das er\u00fcbrigen.\nIn der Tat hat sich seit dem <a href=\"https:\/\/www.simons-world.at\/rtw\/la-buena-vida-en-santa-fe-das-ende-unseres-nissan\/\">Unfall\nmit unserem Auto<\/a> das Arbeitstempo merklich verlangsamt, doch solche Phasen\nmuss es eben auch geben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au\u00dferdem hat die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.simons-world.at\/rtw\/auf-santa-fe-entdeckungstour-mit-harry-und-beate\/\">verfr\u00fchte\nAnkunft von Harry und Beate<\/a> den Plan ein bisschen durcheinandergewirbelt,\nschlie\u00dflich war die Caba\u00f1a und vor allem das drum herum eigentlich noch gar nicht\nso richtig fertig. So war ich Ende Oktober auch noch ganz flei\u00dfig damit\nbesch\u00e4ftigt, in letzter Minute die Wege sowie den Eingangsbereich anzulegen.\nAls wichtigstes musste ich zuerst daf\u00fcr sorgen, die ohnehin schon in\nMitleidenschaft gezogene linke Seitenwand der Caba\u00f1a, vor weiteren\nMatschspritzern zu sch\u00fctzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Ph\u00e4nomen sieht man bei vielen\nH\u00e4usern in Panama, n\u00e4mlich bis auf H\u00fcfth\u00f6he mit Matsch und Dreck versaute\nAu\u00dfenw\u00e4nde, weil sich eben bei starkem Regen jeder Garten irgendwann in eine\nMatschpf\u00fctze verwandelt. Ich ging die Sache ganz pragmatisch an und legte den\nkompletten Bereich einfach mit Flusssteinen aus. Er\nsollte zum Schuhe waschen und gelegentlichen Auff\u00fcllen einer Wasserflasche ganz\nn\u00fctzlich sein, au\u00dferdem brauchen wir dort auch Wasser f\u00fcr den Garten. Zu guter\nLetzt musste an der Vorderseite der Terrasse eine kleine Rampe angelegt werden,\nwobei nat\u00fcrlich am Ende das Wasser nicht auf die Terrasse fliesen sollte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ein paar Schubkarren Erde sp\u00e4ter,\nhatte ich vor der Caba\u00f1a einen gro\u00dfen weichen Matschklotz liegen, welcher f\u00fcr den\nn\u00e4chsten Arbeitsschritt noch viel zu feucht war. Einige Tage sp\u00e4ter war das\nZeug dann halbwegs hart und bereit f\u00fcr eine d\u00fcnne Schicht Beton mit\nFlusssteinen. Um f\u00fcr ein wenig Privatsph\u00e4re bei der Caba\u00f1a zu\nsorgen, gestaltete ich die Anbindung zur K\u00fcche bzw. zum Badezimmer so, dass sp\u00e4ter,\nwenn der Garten einmal sch\u00f6n hochgewachsen ist, beim Vorbeilaufen keine direkte\nSichtverbindung besteht. Wie \u00fcblich legte ich zuerst die \u00e4u\u00dferen Rahmen mit\nSteinen und Felsbrocken an und f\u00fcllte den Zwischenraum dann mit Tosca auf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ohne Pickup all die Materialien\ndahin zu bekommen war eine ganz eigene Herausforderung, doch St\u00fcck f\u00fcr St\u00fcck\nging es voran und in wenigen Tagen waren die kurvigen Wege fertiggestellt.\nRundherum haben wir noch ein paar Bl\u00fcmchen und Str\u00e4ucher eingepflanzt, an der\nPalme w\u00e4chst au\u00dferdem eine Maracuja hoch, wo wir wohl schon bald die ersten\nFr\u00fcchte ernten k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Einziger Sch\u00f6nheitsfehler an der\nganzen Ecke der Finca waren jetzt nur noch die vielen Rohre und Wassertanks\nunserer Kl\u00e4ranlage, wo es dringend Handlungsbedarf gab. Den gr\u00f6\u00dften Teil der\nRohre haben wir bereits in den letzten Monaten eingegraben, doch ein guter Teil\ndavon sowie drei der Tanks waren noch recht gut zu sehen. Bald wird sich vor der Kl\u00e4ranlage also hoffentlich\neine bunte Wand aus Blumen und Maracuja befinden, die nicht nur die Tanks\nverstecken, sondern auch den Weg zu den Badezimmern dekorieren wird. Und das in\nbester Gesellschaft mit den dort wachsenden Papaya- und Bananenstauden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ja und das Badezimmer \u2013 oder\nbesser gesagt das zweite von insgesamt drei Badezimmern auf der Anlage\u2013 wurde\ntrotz gro\u00dfer Bem\u00fchungen nicht mehr rechtzeitig f\u00fcr unsere ersten G\u00e4ste fertig.\nSven hatte bereits die W\u00e4nde und den Gro\u00dfteil des Bodens gefliest, doch die\nvielen Details drumherum kosteten wie immer die meiste Zeit. Intelligenterweise haben wir den Auslass der Dusche so\ngeplant, dass genau ein Stahltr\u00e4ger im Weg war. Bl\u00f6d gelaufen, die L\u00f6cher in\nder Fliese waren aber leider schon gebohrt. \u00c4rgerlich doch nicht unl\u00f6sbar. WC\nund Waschbecken dagegen hatte er in Windeseile und relativ problemlos montiert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Schon konnte ich mich daran\nmachen, den kleinen Streifen Wand oberhalb der Fliesen zu malen und als\nWandabschluss einige Ca\u00f1as zu montieren. Sehr h\u00fcbsch. Weiter ging es mit\nT\u00fcrrahmen und T\u00fcr, die ich schnell eingepasst und installiert hatte. Die bereits\nvor Wochen gebaute Sitzbank kam auf ihren Platz, diverse andere Badezimmer-Accessoires\nschraubte ich an die W\u00e4nde.
