{"id":11212,"date":"2019-10-31T23:03:45","date_gmt":"2019-10-31T21:03:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.simons-world.at\/rtw\/?p=11212"},"modified":"2019-11-01T04:32:17","modified_gmt":"2019-11-01T02:32:17","slug":"neues-von-der-baustelle-mehr-strom-und-weniger-matsch","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.simons-world.at\/rtw\/neues-von-der-baustelle-mehr-strom-und-weniger-matsch\/","title":{"rendered":"Neues von der Baustelle: Mehr Strom und weniger Matsch"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Der Garten bl\u00fcht, die Caba\u00f1a ist\nfertig und in den kommenden Monaten wollen wir mit dem Bau unserer H\u00e4user beginnen.\nEs stehen wie immer zuerst umfangreiche Vorbereitungen an, von denen manche\nschon mehr als ein halbes Jahr laufen. Es war n\u00e4mlich bereits im M\u00e4rz dieses\nJahres, als ich zwei weitere Rollen Stromkabel in Zhengzhou China bestellt\nhabe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr den Baustellenbetrieb gibt es\nzwar bereits auf der ganzen Finca verteilt Stromanschl\u00fcsse, doch f\u00fcr die\nHausanschl\u00fcsse unserer beiden H\u00e4user mussten wir knappe 700 Meter Stromkabel\nverlegen. Entlang unserer Infrastruktur-Trasse, wo auch Wasser- und\nNetzwerkleitungen verlaufen, sollten wir die beiden zus\u00e4tzlichen Kabel relativ\nschnell und einfach installiert haben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bis die Kabel lt. unseren\nSpezifikationen in der Fabrik produziert, \u00fcber den gro\u00dfen Teich geschippert und\nvom panamaischen Zoll ausgespuckt wurden, gingen dann doch noch ein paar Monate\nins Land. Es war gegen Ende Juni, als wir an einem m\u00f6rderischen 18-Stunden-Tag\ndrei gewaltige Kabelrollen aus Panama City abholten und auf die Finca brachten.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dort standen sie dann erst mal\nwieder f\u00fcr ein paar Monate herum, bis ich gegen Ende September ein unschlagbar\ng\u00fcnstiges Angebot f\u00fcr PVC-Rohre direkt von der Fabrik in Panama bekam. Lediglich die leeren Kabeltrommeln und PVC-Kleberdosen sind noch\nZeugen der getanen Arbeit. Ja und nat\u00fcrlich die Kabelrohre, welche sich nun\ndurch die ganze Finca schl\u00e4ngeln. Unsere Einfahrt wird jetzt schon dekoriert\nvon drei Rohren in drei H\u00f6hen, die wie erw\u00fcnscht \u00e4hnlich einem Zaun aussehen.\nIn voller Ausbaustufe werden dort dann insgesamt sechs Rohre entlanglaufen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Einen knapp 120 Meter langen Teil\nder Strecke laufen die Kabel zusammen mit Wasser- und Netzwerkleitungen durch\neinen Graben, welcher uns Monate zuvor ein Bagger ausgehoben hatte. Die mit\nAbstand meiste Arbeit hatte Isais nun dabei, eben diesen Graben wieder\nzuzuschaufeln und damit die Rohre zu sch\u00fctzen. An den \u00dcberg\u00e4ngen zwischen\nunterirdisch und oberirdisch verlaufenden Rohren, lagen noch teilweise Rohre\nungesch\u00fctzt auf dem Boden. Um auch an diesen Stellen f\u00fcr ein bisschen Schutz zu\nsorgen, umrahmte Isais die Rohrb\u00fcndel zuerst mit gro\u00dfen Steinen und f\u00fcllte den\nentstehenden Raum dann mit Erde auf. So wird die Schutzschicht vor Erosion\ngesch\u00fctzt und in einigen Wochen wird im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes Gras dr\u00fcber\nwachsen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zu guter Letzt galt es dann noch\ndie Kreuzung \u00fcber die Zufahrtsstra\u00dfe zu meinem zuk\u00fcnftigen Haus, mit dickem\nStahlbeton auszugie\u00dfen und damit den letzten Graben zu schlie\u00dfen. Und w\u00e4hrend hier\nGr\u00e4ben geschlossen wurden, war ich in letzter Zeit unter anderem damit\nbesch\u00e4ftigt, anderswo neue Gr\u00e4ben aufzurei\u00dfen. Die nun schon monatelang beinahe\nt\u00e4glichen Regenf\u00e4lle, haben dem Eingangsbereich des Lagerhauses n\u00e4mlich\nordentlich zugesetzt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><a href=\"blob:https:\/\/www.simons-world.at\/c57f9ce3-0d50-4adc-8701-e42a2d9d493e\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"720\" height=\"406\" src=\"https:\/\/www.simons-world.at\/rtw\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/IMG_20191014_100405408-720x406.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11217\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.simons-world.at\/rtw\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/IMG_20191014_100405408-720x406.jpg 720w, https:\/\/www.simons-world.at\/rtw\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/IMG_20191014_100405408-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.simons-world.at\/rtw\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/IMG_20191014_100405408-768x433.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.simons-world.at\/rtw\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/IMG_20191014_100405408-520x293.jpg 520w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 720px) 100vw, 720px\" \/><\/a><figcaption>Der letzte Graben wird geschlossen<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Zwischen Stra\u00dfe, Parkplatz und der\nerst k\u00fcrzlich hinzugef\u00fcgten Betonplatte an der Vorderseite des Lagerhauses, blieb\nein kleines Eck Wiese \u00fcbrig, welches sich mit zunehmenden Regenf\u00e4llen in eine\ngro\u00dfe Matschpf\u00fctze verwandelte. Bei Starkregen kann das Wasser nicht schnell\ngenug versickern und steht dann bis an die Wand des Geb\u00e4udes. H\u00f6chste Zeit\nalso, an dieser Stelle f\u00fcr eine ordentliche Drainage zu sorgen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Als erstes verl\u00e4ngerte ich den\nbetonierten Gehweg bis an die Vorderkante der Bodenplatte. Dazu befestigte ich\nein paar Bretter als Bewehrung rundherum und sch\u00fcttete dann knapp zwei\nSchubkarren Beton auf die viereckige Fl\u00e4che. Erst den Boden und dann die Seitenw\u00e4nde\nkleidete ich St\u00fcck f\u00fcr St\u00fcck mit Beton aus. Weil es momentan beinahe jeden\nNachmittag regnet, blieb mir dazu nur ein schmales Zeitfenster am fr\u00fchen\nMorgen, sodass der Beton noch gen\u00fcgend Zeit zum Abbinden hat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Als der Graben schlie\u00dflich fertig\nwar, folgte noch eine Reihe gro\u00dfer Flusssteine an der Kante, welche nun\nhoffentlich die Sedimente zur\u00fcckhalten und das Wasser durchflie\u00dfen lassen. Auch\nden Bereich zwischen der Stra\u00dfe und der Vorderkante der Bodenplatte, wo sich\nbisher immer Wasser sammelte, habe ich mit gro\u00dfen Tosca St\u00fccken ausgekleidet. Es wird wohl vern\u00fcnftiger sein, noch bis zum\nEnde der Regenzeit zu warten, um dann im trockenen und vor allem ganzt\u00e4gig mit\nden Bauarbeiten zu beginnen Es ist ja auch nicht so, dass wir rund um das\nHostel nicht noch gen\u00fcgend andere Sachen zu erledigen h\u00e4tten. Die wenigen\nWochen bis zum Ende der Regenzeit, k\u00f6nnen wir damit auf jeden Fall leicht \u00fcberbr\u00fccken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bevor ich aber noch eine neue Baustelle\naufrei\u00dfe, wird es zuerst eine kleine \u00dcberraschung geben.
