Schlie\u00dflich kann man\nHolz nicht schwei\u00dfen. Stattdessen bohrte Sven oben und unten gro\u00dfe L\u00f6cher in\ndas Kantholz und h\u00e4mmerte jeweils ein St\u00fcck Bewehrungseisen hinein. So lie\u00df\nsich das ganze Konstrukt dann miteinander verbinden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parallel dazu begann ich schon\ndamit, die Grundierungsfarbe aufzupinseln bzw. eigentlich aufzurollen. Mit\neiner kleinen Schaumstoffrolle ging es recht flott von der Hand und im nu war\nder Innenraum auch schon gestrichen. W\u00e4hrend Sven sich also der Au\u00dfenfarbe widmete,\nbegann ich schon damit, das Holz f\u00fcr die Terrasse vorzubereiten. Der Gro\u00dfteil\nder Arbeit war bereits erledigt, denn immer mal wieder zwischendurch habe ich\nein paar St\u00fcck zurechtges\u00e4gt, abgeschliffen und angepinselt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nachdem ich nun auch die L\u00f6cher an\nden passenden Stellen vorgebohrt hatte, ging es noch daran, den Stahlrahmen\nvorzubereiten. Die Schwei\u00dfstellen mussten ges\u00e4ubert und mit Metallschutzfarbe\ngestrichen werden. Dann pinselte ich den ganzen Rahmen noch in der \u00fcblichen\nbraunroten Farbe. Zuletzt widmete ich mich den Holzpfosten, die ich abschliff,\nlasierte und mit Klarlack lackierte. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nun konnte es daran gehen, die\neinzelnen Holzplanken f\u00fcr die Terrasse anzuschrauben. Die erste und letzte\nPlanke ben\u00f6tigten jeweils eine Aussparung f\u00fcr die Pfosten, doch waren sie\ngenauso wie der Rest blitzschnell angeschraubt. Ja, beim Holzplanken auf\nStahlrahmen schrauben habe ich mittlerweile einige Erfahrung gesammelt. Die Farbe war mir pers\u00f6nlich auf den\nersten Blick etwas zu hell, irgendwie kackbraun, doch in Kombination mit den Holzementen\nauf der Terrasse, sah es dann doch recht gut aus. Das kleine Schleppdach war\nschnell gedeckt und die Baustelle so gut wie abgeschlossen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Was noch fehlte waren die Fenster\nsowie die T\u00fcr. Es war der Moment der Wahrheit, denn bisher war es alles andere\nals klar, ob die L\u00f6cher in der Wand auch die richtige Gr\u00f6\u00dfe hatten. Am Schluss\nfehlten hier und da ein paar Millimeter, die sich aber leicht mit der Feile\nabtragen lie\u00dfen. Bei der Caba\u00f1a sollte das anders laufen. Und\nw\u00e4hrend die Fenster sch\u00f6n sauber blieben, br\u00f6ckelte beim Einbau an vielen\nStellen um die Kanten die Farbe samt Putz von der Wand. Sehr toll. Es scheint\negal zu sein wie man es macht, so richtig sch\u00f6n wird es eigentlich nie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vielleicht liegt es aber auch\neinfach an meinen \u00fcber Panama-Niveau liegenden Anspr\u00fcchen. Egal. Mit neuem Verputz,\nfrischer Farbe und ein wenig Acryl, sah es dann doch wieder ganz nett aus. Was\nblieb war die T\u00fcr. Dort habe ich die Toleranzen gar zu gro\u00dfz\u00fcgig bemessen, was dazu\nf\u00fchrte, dass die T\u00fcr mal eben durch den Rahmen fiel. Mit einem d\u00fcnnen\nHolzbrettchen unter einer Seite des Rahmens, war das Problem dann aber auch schon\ngel\u00f6st. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Schloss eingebaut, die\nScharniere drangeschraubt und zu war das Loch. Mit der h\u00fcbsch lasierten\nHolzt\u00fcr, sieht die Front der Caba\u00f1a nun nochmal deutlich attraktiver aus. Die\nWandlampe war schnell verkabelt und angeschraubt und die Au\u00dfenseite damit so gut\nwie fertig. Das h\u00fcbsche\nnaturbraun des Holzes in Kombination mit den Fliesen und der cremefarbenen\nWand, passt auch wirklich toll zusammen. Nochmal ein paar Tuben Acryl und\nSilikon und dann war auch wirklich alles bereit f\u00fcr die M\u00f6bel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Noch kurz den Boden gewischt und\ndann begann ich damit, die massiven Teile des Bettes sowie die anderen M\u00f6bel in\ndie Caba\u00f1a zu tragen und das ganze dort zusammenzubauen.
