Zuletzt erw\u00e4hnt hatte ich unseren Garten am Mietshaus in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.simons-world.at\/rtw\/la-buena-vida-en-santa-fe-der-letzte-regen\/\">diesem Beitrag<\/a>, doch mittlerweile wachsen und gedeihen die ersten Pflanzen auf der Finca.<\/p>\n<p>Hinter dem Lagerhaus entlang des Entw\u00e4sserungsgrabens, haben wir einige hundert Quadratmeter Buschland in eine Wiese verwandelt. Mit unserem Rasentrimmer war ich allerdings nie wirklich zufrieden, obwohl die 50ccm Maschine eigentlich jede Menge Power hat. Mit Schnellverschl\u00fcssen f\u00fcr die Nylonf\u00e4den und einer unzerst\u00f6rbaren Aufh\u00e4ngung, hat er den Rasentrimmer in ein Monster verwandelt. So macht jetzt sogar mir das Rasenm\u00e4hen spa\u00df! Das wichtigste f\u00fcr die Bananen ist ein sch\u00f6ner feuchter Boden, aus dem sie jede Menge Wasser ziehen k\u00f6nnen. Doch was denen gefiel war den zarten Moringa Pfl\u00e4nzchen daneben leider schon zu viel. In der Trockenzeit begannen manche der abgeschnittenen \u00c4ste noch zu sprie\u00dfen, doch mit dem Wasser kam auch der Tod f\u00fcr die Moringas. Das werden wir nochmal versuchen m\u00fcssen.<\/p>\n<p>Gegen\u00fcber dem Brunnenhaus haben wir entlang eines am Boden liegenden Baumstammes, ein Beet f\u00fcr Kletterpflanzen vorbereitet. Damit die Pflanzen aber auch hochwachsen k\u00f6nnen, musste irgendwas zum Klettern her. Und da kam das sogenannte \u201eca\u00f1a blanca\u201c ins Spiel, von dem wir bereits seit einigen Monaten einen gro\u00dfen Berg hinter dem Mietshaus liegen haben. Dabei handelt es sich leider nicht um Rum, sondern um ein Schilfgras, welches wir in getrocknetem Zustand f\u00fcr viele verschiedene Sachen verwenden wollen.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_10341\" style=\"width: 310px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.simons-world.at\/rtw\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/IMG_20180723_100920495.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-10341\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-10341\" src=\"https:\/\/www.simons-world.at\/rtw\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/IMG_20180723_100920495-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.simons-world.at\/rtw\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/IMG_20180723_100920495-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.simons-world.at\/rtw\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/IMG_20180723_100920495-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.simons-world.at\/rtw\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/IMG_20180723_100920495-720x405.jpg 720w, https:\/\/www.simons-world.at\/rtw\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/IMG_20180723_100920495-520x293.jpg 520w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-10341\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">In 3-4 Monaten sollten hier die ersten K\u00fcrbisse h\u00e4ngen<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Um ein Gitter f\u00fcr die Kletterpflanzen zu bauen ist das Material nat\u00fcrlich ideal, und so schnitt ich gleich ein dutzend Stangen zurecht, die Lisa anschlie\u00dfend m\u00fchevoll zusammenknotete. Noch schnell ein Gestell gebaut und fertig war unser Gurken und K\u00fcrbis Gitter. Die ersten Pfl\u00e4nzchen sind im starken Regen eingegangen, doch der zweite Versuch wird bestimmt hinhauen.<\/p>\n<p>Im ersten Anlauf gut aufgegangen, sind die Maispflanzen in unserem ersten kleinen Maisfeld gegen\u00fcber dem Lagerhaus. Unweit von dort, gut platziert unter ein paar B\u00e4umen und zwischen gro\u00dfen Felsen, haben wir au\u00dferdem rund ein dutzend Ananas eingepflanzt. Derzeit kaufe ich jede Woche zwei Ananas in Santiago, deren verschiedene Teile dann in meinen Bauch bzw. in die Erde wandern.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_10338\" style=\"width: 310px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.simons-world.at\/rtw\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/IMG_20180707_152818347.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-10338\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-10338\" src=\"https:\/\/www.simons-world.at\/rtw\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/IMG_20180707_152818347-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.simons-world.at\/rtw\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/IMG_20180707_152818347-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.simons-world.at\/rtw\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/IMG_20180707_152818347-768x433.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.simons-world.at\/rtw\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/IMG_20180707_152818347-720x406.jpg 720w, https:\/\/www.simons-world.at\/rtw\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/IMG_20180707_152818347-520x293.jpg 520w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-10338\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">In ein bis zwei Jahren wird diese Ananas die erste Frucht tragen<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Dar\u00fcber hinaus haben wir von einem unserer Nachbaren mehr als 20 Kaffeepflanzen abgekauft, und entlang der Einfahrt zwischen Stra\u00dfe und Grundst\u00fccksgrenze eingepflanzt. Wirklich selber Kaffee zu r\u00f6sten haben wir zwar nicht vor, doch ein Bekannter von uns hat eine gro\u00dfe Kaffeefarm und verarbeitet, r\u00f6stet und mahlt den Kaffee selber. In ein paar Jahren k\u00f6nnen wir ihm vielleicht die erste Ernte \u00fcbergeben und zu unserem ganz pers\u00f6nlichen Finca-Kaffee verarbeiten lassen.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_10343\" style=\"width: 310px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.simons-world.at\/rtw\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/IMG_20180808_081913708.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-10343\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-10343\" src=\"https:\/\/www.simons-world.at\/rtw\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/IMG_20180808_081913708-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.simons-world.at\/rtw\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/IMG_20180808_081913708-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.simons-world.at\/rtw\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/IMG_20180808_081913708-768x434.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.simons-world.at\/rtw\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/IMG_20180808_081913708-720x407.jpg 720w, https:\/\/www.simons-world.at\/rtw\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/IMG_20180808_081913708-520x294.jpg 520w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-10343\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Die Mangos mit den r\u00f6tlichen Bl\u00e4ttern sollen besonders gut sein<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Bereits in den Startl\u00f6chern stehen auch zahlreiche kleine Mango B\u00e4ume, die wir frisch hereinbekommen haben. Noch sehen sie etwas traurig aus, werden sich aber bald vom umtopfen erholt haben. Die Art mit den r\u00f6tlichen Bl\u00e4ttern gilt als besonders edel, weil sie gro\u00dfe Fr\u00fcchte tragen und nur wenige Sch\u00e4dlinge haben soll. Unten am Fluss wachsen viele wilde Mangob\u00e4ume, die jedoch nur relativ kleine Fr\u00fcchte mit wenig Fruchtfleisch tragen. In ein paar Jahren werden wir den Unterschied sehen.<\/p>\n<p>Um f\u00fcr Abwechslung im Garten und auf dem Speiseplan zu sorgen, haben wir k\u00fcrzlich eine Ingwerpflanze mit dicken Wurzelknollen eingepflanzt. Sie wird sich bald ausbreiten und uns mit k\u00f6stlichem Geschmack f\u00fcr Speis und Trank versorgen. Um auch mal etwas S\u00fc\u00dfes f\u00fcr zwischendurch zu haben oder vielleicht eines Tages einen Schnaps oder Wein herzustellen, haben wir dar\u00fcber hinaus einige Zuckerrohrhalme eingepflanzt.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_10344\" style=\"width: 310px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.simons-world.at\/rtw\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/IMG_20180807_082820992.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-10344\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-10344\" src=\"https:\/\/www.simons-world.at\/rtw\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/IMG_20180807_082820992-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.simons-world.at\/rtw\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/IMG_20180807_082820992-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.simons-world.at\/rtw\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/IMG_20180807_082820992-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.simons-world.at\/rtw\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/IMG_20180807_082820992-720x405.jpg 720w, https:\/\/www.simons-world.at\/rtw\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/IMG_20180807_082820992-520x293.jpg 520w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-10344\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Kleine Paprikapflanzen im Hochbeet<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Aus Holzresten von den Kabeltrommeln, habe ich noch ein kleines Hochbeet zusammengebaut, welches Lisa mit Stroh und Erde gef\u00fcllt und einige Paprikapflanzen reingesetzt hat. Als Schutz vor Sonne und Regen, verwenden wir ein durchl\u00e4ssiges Plastiknetz, welches die Pfl\u00e4nzchen vom gr\u00f6bsten sch\u00fctzen soll. Nach dem gleichen Prinzip sind wir auch dabei, eine gesch\u00fctzte Fl\u00e4che zum aufstellen der Gartentische einzurichten. Doch davon werde ich ein anderes Mal erz\u00e4hlen.<\/p>\n<p>Jetzt noch vom Kartoffelturm anzufangen w\u00e4re wahrscheinlich zu viel des Guten, weshalb ich an dieser Stelle Schluss machen werde.
