Seit unserem ersten Panama Besuch im April 2016 ist eine Menge passiert, denn wir haben mittlerweile ein eigenes Grundst\u00fcck in Santa Fe gekauft und unseren Heimatl\u00e4ndern \u00d6sterreich bzw. Deutschland den R\u00fccken gekehrt. Von Juni 2017 bis Februar 2019 wohnten wir in einem Miethaus im Norden von Santa Fe und waren damit besch\u00e4ftigt, unsere 4 Hektar gro\u00dfe Finca bewohnbar zu machen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ehrlich gesagt war das Land aber viel zu gro\u00df, viel zu sch\u00f6n und hatte viel zu viel Potenzial, um es nur f\u00fcr uns alleine zu haben. Nichts ist einfach in Panama. Es dauert alles wesentlich l\u00e4nger als geplant, ist oft viel teurer als man denkt und manchmal auch recht kompliziert. Fast zwei Jahre lang haben wir 6 Tage die Woche, bei Hitze und bei Regen, im Matsch und Dreck stehend, unsere ganze Energie in den Aufbau unserer ersten Finca gesteckt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Heute ist der ehemalige Dschungel voll erschlossen. Mehrere hundert Meter Stra\u00dfe und ein eigener Brunnen und Wassertanks samt Leitungsnetz f\u00fcr die Versorgung der kompletten Finca sind dabei nur der Anfang. Strom- und Netzwerkleitungen sind auf dem ganzen Gel\u00e4nde verf\u00fcgbar, der Anschluss an das \u00f6ffentliche Stromnetz seit Mitte 2018 in Betrieb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Weiter ging es mit professioneller Baustellenausstattung, Bauger\u00fcsten und einem Anh\u00e4nger, welche wir allesamt in Eigenregie gebaut haben. Ein Lagerhaus mit Au\u00dfenk\u00fcche, Werkstatt, Materiallager und G\u00e4rtnerei sollte dann die Basis f\u00fcr unsere zuk\u00fcnftigen Baustellen bilden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Und davon gab es nicht wenige. Bis Ende 2019 haben wir ein 44m\u00b2 Wohngeb\u00e4ude mit zwei Schlafzimmern, ein 18m\u00b2 Sanit\u00e4rgeb\u00e4ude mit drei Badezimmern, eine 12m\u00b2 Caba\u00f1a und ein 20m\u00b2 gro\u00dfes K\u00fcchengeb\u00e4ude mit knapp 70m\u00b2 \u00fcberdachter Au\u00dfenfl\u00e4che gebaut. Diese Anlage soll bald f\u00fcr touristische Zwecke genutzt werden, doch steht auch unseren Auswanderern zur Verf\u00fcgung. Auch wenn nicht immer alles nach Plan lief, sind wir mittlerweile von der zuk\u00fcnftigen Hotelanlage in unsere H\u00e4user \u00fcbersiedelt. Sozusagen angekommen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"sim-auswander\">Die Auswanderergemeinschaft<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Jeder der sich einmal mit dem Gedanken auszuwandern befasst hat, wird wahrscheinlich irgendwann zum Schluss gekommen sein, dass es in einer Gemeinschaft wohl erheblich einfacher w\u00e4re. Genau so sahen wir, Sven, Lisa, Louis und Simon das auch, weswegen wir uns 2016 ja \u00fcberhaupt erst zusammengetan haben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00dcber die folgenden Jahre fanden sich immer mehr interessierte Menschen, die an unserem Vorhaben teilnehmen wollten. Die Auswanderergemeinschaft wuchs und wuchs und mittlerweile sind alle 5 Pl\u00e4tze im ersten Projekt vergeben. Das Boot ist sozusagen voll. Aber wer sagt, dass man nicht einfach ein zweites bauen k\u00f6nnte?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Best\u00e4rkt durch das ungebrochene Interesse an unserer Gemeinschaft, ja generell dem Standort Santa Fe bzw. Panama, habe ich diesen Gedanken ein wenig vorangetrieben. Was m\u00fcssten wir tun um weiteren interessierten Auswanderern eine Heimat zu bieten? Einen sanften Start zu erm\u00f6glichen, eine Basis f\u00fcr ein neues Leben zu bieten? Ja, kurz gesagt alles nochmal von vorne. Und nun glaubt es oder nicht, aber genau das werden wir machen!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"sim-paraiso\">Ein neues Projekt f\u00fcr Auswanderer: Das Santa Fe Paraiso<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Beeindruckt von all dem was wir bisher auf die Beine gestellt haben, fanden sich recht schnell einige Leute die bereit waren, uns bei einem neuen Projekt zu unterst\u00fctzen. In erster Linie ging es um die Finanzierung, denn aus eigener Kraft w\u00e4ren wir nicht in der Lage gewesen, eine weitere Anlage vorzufinanzieren. So arbeiten wir nun mit einer deutschen Investorengemeinschaft zusammen. Das neue Projekt tr\u00e4gt den sch\u00f6nen Namen \u201eSanta Fe Paraiso\u201c. Und das kommt nicht von ungef\u00e4hr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"sim-lage\">Lage<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Santa Fe Paraiso befindet sich rund 10 Autominuten n\u00f6rdlich unseres ersten Projekts. Nur wenige hundert Meter vom Dorfkern entfernt, doch gleichzeitig sehr ruhig und abgelegen, liegt diese Finca in Santa Fe, Veraguas. Die Einfahrt zum Gel\u00e4nde befindet sich direkt an einer asphaltierten Stra\u00dfe und ist mit jedem Fahrzeug zu erreichen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps\/embed?pb=!1m18!1m12!1m3!1d1713.4296517355574!2d-81.07960773037537!3d8.521791230402116!2m3!1f0!2f0!3f0!3m2!1i1024!2i768!4f13.1!3m3!1m2!1s0x0%3A0x0!2zOMKwMzEnMTkuNiJOIDgxwrAwNCc0MS4wIlc!5e1!3m2!1sen!2sde!4v1591233528998!5m2!1sen!2sde\" width=\"100%\" height=\"450\" frameborder=\"0\" style=\"border:0;\" allowfullscreen=\"\" aria-hidden=\"false\" tabindex=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Dorfzentrum von Santa Fe ist einen Spaziergang entfernt, wo Restaurants, Superm\u00e4rkte, eine Apotheke, eine Kirche, eine Schule und vieles mehr zu finden sind. Zum Nationalpark Santa Fe sind es nur wenige Kilometer und die karibischen Str\u00e4nde im Norden der Provinz sind \u00fcber die neu gebaute und durchgehend asphaltierte Stra\u00dfe nur rund 90 Minuten entfernt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Knapp 50 km s\u00fcdlich liegt mit Santiago die n\u00e4chstgr\u00f6\u00dfere Stadt, in der es nahezu alles gibt was man von Europa gewohnt ist. Einige Kilometer weiter s\u00fcdlich kommt man an die legend\u00e4ren Surfer Str\u00e4nde am Pazifik, wo sich mit der Isla Coiba auch ein Weltklasse Tauchgebiet befindet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 id=\"sim-infra\">Infrastruktur<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Durch seine zentrale Lage bietet dieses Grundst\u00fcck viele Vorteile in Bezug auf die Infrastruktur. Eine Trinkwasserleitung vom Wasserwerk in Santa Fe f\u00fchrt direkt am Eingang zum Gel\u00e4nde vorbei. Die Trinkwasserleitung haben wir bereits an alle Grundst\u00fccke verlegt und ein Wasseranschluss ist f\u00fcr einige Dollar im Monat verf\u00fcgbar. Dazu muss lediglich ein Vertrag mit dem staatlichen Wasserversorger abgeschlossen werden. Es ist somit nicht zwingend erforderlich, einen eigenen kostspieligen Brunnen zu bohren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Auch eine Stromleitung f\u00fchrt direkt am Grundst\u00fcck vorbei, ein Stromanschluss ist somit ohne gr\u00f6\u00dfere Kosten verf\u00fcgbar. Mehrere Netzanbieter senden vor Ort mit 4G LTE, unlimitierte Tarife gibt es bereits ab $30 im Monat. Zu guter Letzt ist auch der \u00f6rtliche M\u00fcllabfuhrservice verf\u00fcgbar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"sim-topo\">Topologie und Beschaffenheit<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>An der Einfahrt von der asphaltierten Stra\u00dfe befindet sich eine kleine Erh\u00f6hung im Gel\u00e4nde, womit man von der Stra\u00dfe weder etwas sieht noch etwas h\u00f6rt. L\u00e4uft man erst mal in das Gel\u00e4nde hinein, f\u00fchlt man sich sofort wie eingebettet zwischen gr\u00fcnen Bergketten, als ob man ein eigenes kleines Tal nur f\u00fcr sich h\u00e4tte. Am n\u00f6rdlichen Teil der Anlage ist das Gel\u00e4nde absch\u00fcssig und f\u00fchrt in eine Schlucht, wo sich ein ganzj\u00e4hriger Bach befindet. Viele alte B\u00e4ume und unber\u00fchrte Natur erzeugen dort ein richtiges Dschungelgef\u00fchl. Intensive Landwirtschaft wurde auf diesem Land nie betrieben. Dem eigenen Gem\u00fcsegarten steht nichts im Wege, dank des tropischen Klimas kann mehrmals im Jahr geerntet werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"sim-his\">Projekthistorie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Durch einen pl\u00f6tzlichen Todesfall kam die Entwicklung der Anlage mit insgesamt rund 2,5 Hektar vor rund 12 Jahren zum Stillstand. Die Erben leben heute im Ausland, k\u00f6nnen und wollen das Projekt nicht weiterf\u00fchren. Nun bietet sich die tolle Gelegenheit f\u00fcr uns, doch noch etwas daraus zu machen. Durch unsere jahrelange Erfahrung und die vielen gekn\u00fcpften Kontakte in und um Santa Fe, f\u00fchlen wir uns in bester Position, auch dieses Projekt erfolgreich an sein Ende zu f\u00fchren.
